
Business Development (BD) Division
This area of our enterprise focuses on expanding our reach to new customers with a key emphasis on developing mutually beneficial relationships. It is usually this area of our business which generates the first impression our customers perceive of the enterprise. It therefore sets the high standard of professional conduct for our other business areas to follow.
Business Engineering (BE) Division
We place a high priority on understanding our customer’s business and the role information management plays in their enterprise. We co-ordinate our IT due diligences from our BE division. The IT due diligence effort helps us gain a thorough understanding of our customers target market, core business processes, existing IT blueprint, and existing IT service processes. The ITIL framework is used as a reference for identifying IT service management processes. The safeguarded findings place Imperatech in a strong position to recommend best business solutions. The BE division assists the Business Development Division with formulating our solution proposals.
Customer Services (CS) Division
Our Customer Services Division is responsible for rolling out the appropriate solutions and services to our customers. Importantly, we insist on measuring our performances, whether this is via a limited duration project, or IT outsourcing agreement. A strong service ethos and transparency is imperative when meeting our customer’s expectations. The Business Engineering Division integrates tightly with the CS division during the proposal development phase. This ensures that we are able to deliver on what we promise.
